This privacy policy applies specifically to Element Design PPC Agent.
Element Design PPC Agent accesses Google Ads data through Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API.
The application may access Google Ads customer IDs, campaign data, ad group data, keywords, search terms, advertisements, impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, recommendations and audit results.
This data is used only to monitor Google Ads accounts, generate reports and prepare optimization recommendations. Changes are never applied without the user's explicit approval.
Selected Google Ads data may be processed through OpenAI API only to generate the requested analysis. Google Ads data is not sold, used for advertising, retargeting, profiling or training generalized AI models.

Element Design PPC Agent is an internal Google Ads monitoring and audit application. It helps authorized users review Google Ads accounts, create audit reports, identify optimization opportunities and prepare recommendations. The application does not make changes to Google Ads accounts without the user's explicit approval.
When an authorized user connects a Google Ads account, the application uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API to access data from that account.

The application does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, contacts or other Google services that are not required for Google Ads functionality.
Google Ads data is used only to:
Google Ads data is not sold, rented or used for targeted advertising, retargeting, advertising profiling or credit scoring.
The application may use OpenAI API to generate analyses and recommendations from selected Google Ads data.
Only data necessary for the requested analysis may be sent to OpenAI, such as campaign names, keywords, advertising texts and aggregated advertising metrics. This data is used only to provide the requested analysis and recommendations.
Google Ads data is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google Ads data, audit results and recommendations may be stored on secured server infrastructure operated for Element Design.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide account monitoring, audit reports, recommendation history and related services. Authorized users may request deletion of their stored Google Ads data and audit history at any time.
Google Ads data may be processed by technical service providers that help operate the application, including hosting, database, security and artificial intelligence service providers.
These providers may process the data only to provide services to Element Design. Google Ads data is not sold to third parties and is not used by service providers for their own advertising, profiling or unrelated purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Google Ads data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Access to the application and connected Google Ads accounts is limited to authorized users.
